They are very knowledgeable, good listeners, proactive, very good at communication at each step of their procedure, very fairly priced and understanding of your needs and financial situation. They make you feel very comfortable explaining personal situations that might be embarrassing or complicated. Alexis always got back to me in a timely manner and always had time for my information and any changes that had occurred that I felt were imperative to share with them. PJ is very knowledgeable about procedures and knows a lot about the legal system so they are a perfect combination to get your situation resolved as they did for me.
